طلب حذف البيانات

إذا راسلتنا أو علّقت على صفحاتنا في فيسبوك أو إنستغرام أو واتساب، يمكنك طلب حذف كل ما نحتفظ به من بياناتك بإحدى الطرق التالية:
- أرسل رسالة إلى صفحتنا في فيسبوك أو إنستغرام أو رقمنا في واتساب بعبارة: «حذف بياناتي».
- أو أرسل بريداً إلى info@drlamialab.com يتضمن اسمك كما يظهر في حسابك، واسم المنصة (فيسبوك أو إنستغرام أو واتساب)، أو رقم هاتفك.
- أو اتصل بنا على 0771 662 3019.
ماذا يحدث بعد الطلب
- نحذف سجلات رسائلك وتعليقاتك المحفوظة لدينا خلال 30 يوماً، ونؤكد لك الحذف بالوسيلة نفسها.
- السجلات الطبية ونتائج التحاليل يُحتفظ بها المدة التي تلزمنا بها تعليمات وزارة الصحة العراقية، ثم تُحذف.
- التعليقات التي كتبتها بنفسك على منشوراتنا تبقى ملكك، ويمكنك حذفها مباشرة من فيسبوك أو إنستغرام.
Data Deletion Instructions

If you have messaged us or commented on our Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp accounts, you can ask us to delete all data we hold about you in any of these ways:
- Send a message saying "Delete my data" to our Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp number.
- Or email info@drlamialab.com with your account display name and platform (Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp), or your phone number.
- Or call us on +964 771 662 3019.
What happens next
- We delete your stored messages and comment records within 30 days and confirm the deletion through the same channel.
- Medical records and test results are kept for the period required by Iraqi Ministry of Health regulations, then deleted.
- Comments you wrote on our posts remain yours; you can delete them directly on Facebook or Instagram.
