«مختبر الدكتورة لمياء القيسي التخصصي للتحليلات المرضية» مختبر أهلي مجاز من وزارة الصحة العراقية، عنوانه: بغداد / الكرخ / الدورة / المهدية الثانية / محلة 820 / زقاق 40 / دار 10 / شارع 40. توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها وكيف نستعملها، على هذا الموقع وعلى صفحاتنا في فيسبوك وإنستغرام وحسابنا في واتساب.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- عند مراسلتنا أو التعليق على منشوراتنا في فيسبوك أو إنستغرام: اسمك الظاهر، ومعرّف حسابك الذي تعطيه لنا Meta، ونص الرسالة أو التعليق ووقته.
- عند التواصل عبر واتساب: رقم هاتفك واسمك في واتساب ومحتوى الرسائل.
- عند مراسلتنا بالبريد الإلكتروني: عنوان بريدك واسمك ومحتوى الرسالة ومرفقاتها.
- عند إجراء التحاليل: الاسم ورقم الهاتف والعمر والجنس ونتائج التحاليل، وهي بيانات طبية نتعامل معها بسرية تامة.
- هذا الموقع لا يستعمل ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies) ولا أدوات تتبّع أو إعلانات.
كيف نستعمل البيانات
- الرد على استفساراتك ورسائلك.
- إرسال نتائج تحاليلك أو إشعارات بجاهزيتها، بموافقتك، عبر واتساب أو وسيلة أخرى تختارها.
- الرد الآلي برسالة خاصة عندما تعلّق على منشور بكلمة نطلبها في المنشور.
- إدارة التعليقات: قد تُصنَّف التعليقات العامة آلياً، وقد تُخفى التعليقات المسيئة أو الإعلانية المزعجة. قد تُستعمل أداة ذكاء اصطناعي لتصنيف نص التعليق العام فقط، ولا تُرسل إليه أي بيانات طبية.
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستعملها للإعلانات، ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة إلا بما يلزم لتقديم الخدمة أو بطلب قانوني من جهة رسمية مختصة.
الجهات التي تمرّ عبرها البيانات
- Meta Platforms (فيسبوك وإنستغرام وواتساب) بوصفها منصّات المراسلة.
- مزوّدو خدمات تقنية موثوقون (الاستضافة، والبريد الإلكتروني، وتصنيف التعليقات العامة آلياً)، يعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنّا ولغرض تقديم الخدمة فقط.
مدة الاحتفاظ
- سجلات الرسائل والتعليقات الآلية: مدة أقصاها 12 شهراً ثم تُحذف.
- السجلات الطبية ونتائج التحاليل: المدة التي تفرضها تعليمات وزارة الصحة العراقية.
حماية البيانات
تنتقل البيانات مشفّرة (HTTPS)، والوصول إلى أنظمتنا مقصور على العاملين المخوّلين.
حقوقك
يحق لك طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. طريقة طلب الحذف موضحة في صفحة حذف البيانات.

Who we are
Dr. Lamia Al-Qaisi Laboratory («مختبر الدكتورة لمياء القيسي التخصصي للتحليلات المرضية») is a private medical laboratory licensed by the Iraqi Ministry of Health, located at House 10, Alley 40, Street 40, Mahalla 820, Al-Mahdiya 2, Al-Dora, Al-Karkh, Baghdad, Iraq. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it on this website, on our Facebook and Instagram pages, and on our WhatsApp account.
Data we collect
- Messages and comments on Facebook or Instagram: your display name, the account ID Meta provides to us, and the text and time of your message or comment.
- WhatsApp: your phone number, WhatsApp name and message content.
- Email: your email address, name, message content and attachments.
- Laboratory tests: name, phone number, age, sex and test results. These are medical data and are kept strictly confidential.
- This website uses no cookies, trackers or advertising tools.
How we use data
- To answer your questions and messages.
- To send your test results or result-ready notices, with your consent, via WhatsApp or another channel you choose.
- To send an automatic private reply when you comment on a post with a keyword the post asks for.
- To moderate comments: public comments may be classified automatically, and abusive or spam comments may be hidden. An AI tool may be used to classify the text of public comments only; no medical data is sent to it.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except as needed to provide the service or when required by a competent authority.
Service providers
- Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) as messaging platforms.
- Trusted technical service providers (hosting, email, and automated classification of public comments), who process data on our behalf solely to provide the service.
Retention
- Automated message and comment logs: at most 12 months, then deleted.
- Medical records and test results: as required by Iraqi Ministry of Health regulations.
Security
Data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS), and access to our systems is limited to authorised staff.

You can request a copy of your data, its correction, or its deletion. See Data deletion for instructions.
